The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and plenty of kitchenware for preparing meals at home. The kitchen is open to the living room with breakfast bar seating. The cozy living room features a comfortable sectional perfect for snuggling up with a book or a good movie. A sliding door opens to the covered patio, where you can enjoy outdoor seating, a fire table, and views of the lake and marina, as well as the pool. The patio is covered and perfect for those who like to sit outside and watch a summer storm with a hot cup of tea.

There is ample parking for two cars. Access to the private entrance requires a few steps down to the first floor. This condo is located minutes from historic downtown Davidson and a great way to experience everything Lake Norman has to offer!

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
